Petitions are available for residents interested in running for the Mohonasen Board of Education. There are three “at large” seats up for election this year. Board members serve unpaid, three-year terms.
Petitions can be picked up in the Mohonasen district offices at 2072 Curry Road (back of Mohonasen High School). Petitions require at least 30 signatures and are due back to the district office by Monday, April 16 at 5 p.m.
The Board of Education election will be held alongside the annual budget vote on Tuesday, May 15. The new, three-year terms will begin on July 1.
