The following note was delivered by a Pinewood family to the Food Service Program following the Thanksgiving break.
I just wanted to say thank you to you all for everything you have done for our family this year. You have gone out of your way to help us in so many ways, and I can’t thank you enough.
As if accommodating our allergy-specific dietary needs for school lunches wasn’t enough, the extra efforts you put in to help us get the backpack program left me in tears from the thoughtfulness.
And then you went and made us a HUGE Thanksgiving feast box that was safe for the boys – no easy feat.
Your kindness and generosity continue to overwhelm me, and I just wanted you to know how much it is appreciated.
